We are looking to hire someone:

 

• As a W2 Employee

​

• Who is a Licensed Mental Health Professional (Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

​

• With at least two years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting

​

• With expertise in one or two areas, including ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, or other related areas of interest.

Your income grows with your caseload:

​​

• Competitive Split-Fee Compensation: Licensed employees receive 60% of the fee collected for services rendered.

​

• Earning Potential: Compensation increases with the number of clients seen.

​

• Annual Earning Potential: Licensed professionals can earn approximately $50,000–$90,000 per year, depending on caseload and services provided.

Your role within our company:

​

• Part-time, in-person, outpatient therapy services with children, teens, and/or their parents, or adults

​

• Maintain a minimum of 20 billable client hours per week, which may include evenings or weekends

​

• Employing evidence-based techniques in addressing behavior and emotion regulation concerns

​

• Documentation of services provided using an electronic health record

​

• Engagement in active therapy skills where you provide goal-oriented, evidence-based care that pushes clients to grow, not just feel heard

​

Support you can expect:

​

• Comprehensive administrative support including screening intakes, scheduling for new clients, marketing, access to an electronic health record system, and malpractice insurance provided

​

• Timely Pay -- Because we collect payments at time of service (not when insurance reimburses), your pay is more likely to reflect the number of sessions you had that pay period

​

• Autonomy over your schedule -- with the ability to adjust based on client needs while meeting minimum client hour expectations and availability (e.g., evening and weekend times may be required)

​
