Emotional & Behavioral Support

We specialize in evidence-based therapy for ADHD and Anxiety across development.

Our goal is to help teach clients -- and those in their support systems -- skills to reduce impairment with the goal of preventing ADHD and Anxiety symptoms from overshadowing their intentions.

Our therapists choose interventions with self-esteem, independence, and maintaining meaningful relationships in mind— recognizing that these are central to lasting growth.

We draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy (BT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
